As per list of members, it is observed that Smt P C Bhatnagar & Smt Swati Garg which are mentioned at S. No. 8 & 9 are not even the registered members of the Society. They are holding the post in Managing Committee, which is against the DCS Act/Rules.
As per record of meetings held during the Audit period, it is observed that Sh N L Sachdeva, Sh Mohan Gupta & Smt Vandana Gupta are unauthorized MC members attended the MC meetings, which is also against the DCS Act/Rules.
